The corporate occupier team at Clyde & Co has expanded with the arrival of Rachel Orton from Addleshaw Goddard, adding living and healthcare sector experience to the group. Alongside this, the team continues to build on its retail, industrial, and corporate occupier foundations to support cross-jurisdictional projects. Will Deeprose and Annabelle Redman jointly steer the practice; Deeprose chiefly focuses on mixed-use development projects, while Redman is regularly sought after  by clients seeking inward investment advice. Graeme Taylor draws on over thirty years of experience advising on industrial, logistics, and regeneration mandates, and Laura Oliver has a strong body of work in investment and corporate occupier work, particularly sale and leaseback projects.
