Browne Jacobson LLP‘s health and life sciences team supports NHS bodies, Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, and independent healthcare providers with regulation, governance, clinical negligence, commercial disputes, and procurement. The firm is also engaged for its work on healthcare system reforms, inquests and independent reviews, procurement, public-private partnerships, and collaborations between NHS Trusts. The team is led by Gerard Hanratty, who handles governance, inquiries, information law matters, and statutory obligations, and Clare Auty, who focuses on commercial health across both the public and independent sector.
