The firm also acts for care homes, dental practices and pharmacies. The practice is co-led by Ben Willis (based between Bristol and London), who specialises in GP surgery development, funding, and property work, and Rachel Crean, noted for her ‘excellent experience’ in dispute resolution concerning GP partnerships and primary care networks. Oliver Pool handles partnership agreements, disputes, and contractual arrangements between practices and the NHS.
