Simpson Millar LLP has deep expertise in the education sector, representing parents and children in the full range of education matters, including enforcing EHCPs, SEN issues, discrimination cases, special school placements, admissions and exclusions. The team is co-led by partner Dan Rosenberg, who has extensive experience in exclusion and admissions cases, and the Newcastle- and Leeds-based Lucy Atherton, who advises on SEND tribunal appeals and disability discrimination.
