Boyes Turner

With a Reading-based team, the education practice at Boyes Turner advises exclusively on special educational needs-related matters and is well-equipped to handle court of protection cases. Laxmi Patel leads the practice and has extensive experience in complex SEN issues and works closely with Court of Protection specialists. Rachael Allison draws on her expertise as a governor of an independent school to assist her on education cases, while James Pantling-Skeet leads the community care and welfare team. Lydia Dunford is also a key member of the team and handles EHCP-related matters.
