The ‘well-organised’ team at Russell-Cooke LLP is co-led by James Cook and Andrew Godfrey. It continues to advise on novel and complex areas of law, such as the creation and structuring of family offices, matrimonial property regimes, and on philanthropy. The group’s dual French and English qualified practice remains busy. It excels in other areas, such as advising on applications to allow cross-border inheritance by minors. Suzanne Mynors is another key member of the group who has particular expertise in complicated trust matters. However, there have been some significant changes to the practice at a senior level. The former head of department, Rebecca Fisher left the firm in November 2024, and is now at Maurice Turnor Gardner LLP. Nicole Gallop Mildon departed the firm in August 2024 and is now at Buckles Law. Angharad Lynn joined the group from VWV Solicitors in April 2025.
