At Rothley Law Limited, Birmingham-based Lucy Taylor heads the practice, and acts as a professional deputy for property and affairs. Taylor helps clients who lack mental capacity as a result of a catastrophic brain injury, or severe mental health difficulties. At the Bristol office, Rebecca Bristow has a special interest in children and young adults who have experienced catastrophic brain injuries, either through medical negligence or road traffic incidents. The team continues to expand at a senior level; Heledd Wyn, who is well-regarded for her experience in long-term and elderly care issues, joined the practice from Shakespeare Martineau LLP in November 2024. Mitra Mann arrived from Sydney Mitchell LLP in December 2024.
