Kennedys displays a deep knowledge of EU product regulations, for which practitioners are often called upon by international manufacturers. The commercially minded team is instructed by a range of clients in both group and individual claims within international product liability and recalls, including notably in the medical device sphere, particularly metal in hip replacement product recalls. The medical devices industry is a particular forte of Barnaby Winckler, who led the team in a pelvic mesh group recall litigation in 2025. Another key team member is Trevor Davies, who has a longstanding involvement in global product recalls. Samantha Silver left the firm in May 2025.
