Acting for EE in a high-profile claim brought by Quinn Emanuel on behalf of the administrators of Phones 4U ("P4U"), the now-defunct mobile phone retailer, against a range of mobile network operators (EE, Vodafone, O2, Orange and Deutsche Telekom) for breaches of Article 101(1) TFEU/Chapter I of the Competition Act 1998 and for breach of contract.
