Combining expertise across a number of departments, Mishcon de Reya LLP offers its clients an all-round service encompassing data protection, cybersecurity and data science. Jeremy Hertzog, an IP litigator who advises clients on multi-jurisdictional license disputes and, obtaining and defencing injunctions, leads the team. Adam Rose heads the data group, with expertise in data protection and the freedom of information law. Other key team members include Simon Leaf, who advises clients on technology transactions, and James Boyle who is a specialist in technology and cybersecurity. The team has grown extensively this year, with promotions to partner including Hugo Christie, Stuart Lester, and Eloise Harding, all in early 2025. New additions to the team include Nick Allan, Robert Griffiths, Toby McCrindle, as well as both Angela Fox and Wessen Jazrawi.
