The team coordinates its offering across its Leeds, London and Middle East offices to advise on refinancing, management agreements, complex leases, as well as acquisitions and disposals. The team is jointly led by Luke Baines, a member of the firm’s construction and engineering group, and Leeds-based Lucy Sturrock, who advises hotel owners on structures, management agreements, development deals, and acquisitions. Zoe Maurer heads the real estate finance practice, routinely advising both lenders and borrowers, including on complex loan facilities – both domestic and cross-border.
