The team advises top-tier lenders, lessors, private equity sponsors, and airlines on aircraft and engine financings, securitisations, sale and leasebacks, and restructurings. The team is led by newly appointed asset finance veteran James Cameron, an expert across the aviation, maritime, and rail sectors. Further additions include Tom Jackson and Mark Leverkus, who bring significant experience in complex, cross-border aviation transactions, including portfolio acquisitions and disposals, structured and warehouse facilities, and distressed and restructuring matters.
