Acted as English counsel and provided detailed structuring advice on a new public securitisation of consumer store credit receivables originated by Financiera El Corte Inglés E.F.C., S.A., which is a joint venture between Banco Santander and El Corte Inglés.

Acted as English counsel to NewDay on a wide variety of securitisation matters, including (a) on an update to the base prospectus for, and two new public term issuances (Series NDFT 2025-1 and NDFT 2025-2) under, its master issuer asset-backed notes programme within NewDay’s existing NDFT master trust structure, and (b) on several new issuances (as well as the amendment and extension of many existing issuances) of variable funding notes from both its two public master trusts and its two private secondary funding facilities.
