Practice head Ingrid York is ’the pre-eminent expert in the market for carbon trading and complex derivatives’. She leads a ‘personable, available and approachable’ group that includes Anthony Colegrave, whose qualification in South African law sees him active in many cross-border transactions and who is known for his ’deep industry knowledge and out-of-the-box thinking’, and Tom Falkus, who is a key adviser to credit funds, originators, asset managers, sponsors and investors.
