Chris Arnold leads the London derivatives practice, which works closely with colleagues in Paris and New York. Globally, the firm is on the panels of more than 40 banks, including all major French banking groups, as well as many of the largest US investment banks. The pan-European structured finance group works as a fully integrated team across key financial centres in France, Germany, Italy, the UK and Spain to provide seamless service. Arnold recently advised Standard & Poor’s as Standard Reference Obligation Administrator to the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees (DCs) responsible for making determinations affecting the global CDS market.
