The ’fantastic’ David Manson has more of a transactional restructuring angle to his practice and excels at helping funds realise and implement bespoke credit solutions in stressed/distressed situations. Jonathan Richards leads the team in London and is noted for his skill at advising boards of directors and corporates. The arrival in January 2025 of the vastly experienced Adam Plainer is also a major boost for the team, particularly in the context of cross-border matters.
