Matthew Harrington leads the team, alongside Chris Morrison. Harrington’s diverse caseload includes cases concerning food hygiene, accident investigation, occupational disease and complex casualties, while Morrison, who is based in Manchester, is adept in a range of environment and health and safety matters. Other key names include Rod Hunt, noted for his aptitude in corporate crime, and Mark Brookes. Alan Kells and Stephanie Lunt are core team members, and share an expertise in matters relating to corporate manslaughter. Richard Crockford left the firm in March 2025.
