Ghani handles a mix of global restructurings, sensitive investigations, and discrimination and whistleblowing claims. Benefitting from the firm’s global platform, the group is a key reference in the market for cross-border employment work and acts for employers in the financial services, aviation, and technology sectors. Rhodri Thomas left the team in July 2024, and Esther Langdon left in February 2025.
