Felicity Steadman – CEDR
Based in Oxford, CEDR's Felicity Steadman is ‘able to tailor her communications with each mediation participant in the right way, so as to get them to feel that they are being understood and that the process is worthwhile’. Accredited since 2003, Steadman has mediated over 500 matters to date, and is particularly well-known for mediating employment and workplace disputes, as well as civil and commercial conflicts. She is also head of the CEDR Mediator Training Faculty.
