Gillian Caroe – CEDR  One of only a few mediators to be awarded Fellow status by the Civil Mediation Council for both employment and workplace and commercial mediation, CEDR's Gillian Caroe ‘quickly understands, prioritises and resolves issues. Gillian has the ability to put all parties at ease, explain the process, and manage expectations to ensure the session delivers the desired outcome’. Mediating several hundred mediation cases to date, Caroe’s cases range from those with two individuals, through to complex multi-party cases. Recent appointments cover employment, workplace, healthcare, education, ecclesiastical and charity-related disputes, as well as conflicts surrounding probate, partnerships, shareholders, and the pharmaceutical and financial services sectors. Caroe additionally mediates professional negligence, commercial contract, sport, and banking and finance claims, along with media, entertainment, property, construction, engineering and insurance matters.
