I am now a full time civil and commercial mediator. I have been appointed as lead mediator in over 900 mediations, including over 250 online mediations.

I am accredited in both the US and the UK and and on the IMI panel.

From 2013-2021 I lectured on mediation on the Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at Kings London.

I have written 7 books on mediation.

I have mediated a wide range of disputes but more recently have concentrated on insolvency, professional negligence,  contested probate and IT.

Until 2012 I was a commercial litigation partner in the City specialising in insurance, reinsurance, insolvency and the London art market.
