Kerry Gwyther – TLT  Dual qualified in both commercial and family property mediations, TLT's mediation practice leader Kerry Gwyther, who also heads up the firm’s commercial regulatory team, is ‘an excellent mediator’. Involved in mediation since 1996, Bristol-based Gwyther has conducted over 500 mediations to date; and in addition to being a category A* (elite) mediator on ADR’s group panel of mediators, he is a CEDR-accredited commercial mediator.
