Representing Suomi Power Networks TopCo, Supernova II Bidco and AMF Tjänstepension,  in an ICSID arbitration against the Republic of Finland under the Energy Charter Treaty, the claims arising from the Finnish State regulator’s changes to the regulatory regime for electricity distribution.
