Acting in proceedings under all the major arbitral institutional and trade association rules, Gateley Legal’s ‘lawyers have huge experience in international arbitration disputes in numerous regions’. McCarthy focuses on the commodities, energy, technology and financial services sectors; while Lightfoot’s experience includes ICC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR and ICSID proceedings, along with ad hoc UNICITRAL arbitrations.
