Represented the Ukrainian airline Wind Rose and its lessors in one of the largest actions currently before the English courts. The case concerns aircraft stranded in Russia and Ukraine due to the war, with a total claim value of $10 billion and relates to claims brought against Russian and Ukrainian insurers and their London market reinsurers, who have refused to honour war risk insurance.
