Act for Domidias Limited and Mr Andrey Severilov (the former Chairman of PJSC Far-Eastern Shipping Company (“FESCO”)), who are defendants to conspiracy proceedings commenced by Mr Ziyavudin Magomedov (“ZM”) and numerous connected parties in the Commercial Court. ZM is a Russian (former) oligarch who was jailed in 2022 for 19 years on fraud and embezzlement charges.
