Acted for the liquidators (who are partners at PwC and Menzies) of three venture capital trust investment funds and the funds themselves (Core VCT plc; Core VCT IV plc; and Core VCT V plc) in claims brought against the former investment manager, associates of the former investment manager, and former liquidators of the funds in relation to alleged conflicts of interest and their conduct as managers/liquidators.
