Work highlights
Advised Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited (a Guernsey-registered investment trust focused on acquiring and managing music rights, offering investors exposure to songs and associated musical intellectual property) on its public acquisition by Lyra Bidco Limited (wholly owned by investments funds affiliated to Blackstone inc.) in a competitive takeover process valuing Hipgnosis at US$ 1.47 billon.
Advised Ten Entertainment Group plc, one of the UK’s largest ten-pin bowling operators, on its public takeover by US private equity firm Trive Capital. The transaction value was £287 million.
