Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP‘s recently established team evidences strength in the private equity space, with expertise in tax matters relating to public and private M&A, fund formation, and secondary fund matters, in addition to other issues. Leading the London team is Timothy Lowe, who is also the firm’s global co-head of tax. Lowe’s practice covers all aspects of fund formation, M&A, and debt and capital markets matters. Lowe joined the group in late 2023 from Kirkland & Ellis International LLP, alongside Cian O’Connor, Jamie Chambers, and Rohit Pisal. Also new to the team is Caroline Inker, who moved from Linklaters LLP in April 2024.
