Travers Smith LLP’s commercial contracts team continues to advise on complex, cross-border and business-critical mandates across a range of sectors, with particular strength in energy infrastructure, automotive, retail, tech, and consumer. The team, now headed by Louisa Chambers following her appointment as Head of Department in January 2025, has deepened its focus on large corporate clients. Longstanding partner Richard Brown remains active, particularly in energy infrastructure work, where he is regularly called upon to help clients devise, structure and implement net-zero transitions and investments. Richard Offord and Michael Ross support the practice alongside a strong bench of senior associates. Ben Chivers and Dan Revell have both left the firm.
