Dan Kolinsky KC  stands out for his long-standing expertise in this sector, having appeared before the Supreme Court numerous times - he led Katherine Traynor in City of London v Principled Offsite Logistics Limited, a test case addressing whether the Supreme Court’s decision in Rossendale v Hurstwood impacts on the intermittent occupations to mitigate unoccupied rates liability; David Forsdick KC was on the other side of the case, representing the City of London Corporation. Jenny Wigley KC is noted for her expertise in non-domestic rating and the council tax matters.
