Acting for major communications and infrastructure providers, Devereux‘s team has experience handling complex advisory work and cases in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and Court of Appeal. In April 2025, Graham Read KC successfully represented the telecoms providers at first instance in EE Ltd/Hutchinson 3G UK Ltd v AP Wireless II (UK) Ltd, a test case under the Electronic Communications Code. This first instance decision was later upheld by the Upper Tribunal in a subsequent appeal in early 2026.
