In a separate matter, multiple members of the set, including Wicks KC, Emer Murphy, Jonathan Seitler KC and Benjamin Faulkner, are appearing in the High Court in 38 Curzon Lease (Fantasio) v Curzon Cinemas and Curzon Restaurant & Bar, a high-profile dispute concerning the proposed closure of the Curzon Cinema in Mayfair.
