Jennifer Meech appeared in Williams and Co v Morris, a Court of Appeal case which successfully established that more than one claimant can use one claim form. David Drake acts for the claimant in Persimmon Homes Ltd v Hay & Kilner, a claim against solicitors relating to a housing development. The case concerned issues on the limits of reasonable mitigation of loss. Michael Walsh KC took silk in 2025.
