Simon Rainey KC acts in high-value contract arbitrations and has appeared before a range of major institutions as well as in the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague and in related proceedings before the London High Court. Luke Parsons KC is similarly adept at defending arbitration awards before the English courts and Robert-Jan Temmink KC acts both for and against foreign governments in arbitrations involving allegations of fraud and breach of contract.
