Tom Weitzman KC and Kate Holderness are acting on behalf of the Operator Policy claimants represented by Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in that tranche of the multi-faceted litigation concerning aircraft effectively seized by Russia after it invaded Ukraine.  Adam Kramer KC has handled a number of Covid-19 lockdown business interruption claims, including Liberty Retail v Liberty Mutual, concerning prevention of access, limitation clauses and issues of if payments under the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme were deductible from insurance indemnities.
