Strengths: Tom Little KC is the number one Senior Treasury Counsel - and for a reason. In my view, he is the best of the best. He has an innate ability to provide clear, objective, and dispassionate advice on highly complex, serious, and high-profile cases. He has an exceptional ability to forensically analyze evidence and complex legal submissions, and then present them in a way that can be easily understood. He is an exceptional and persuasive advocate - whether it be in legal submissions to a judge or in his opening and closing addresses to the jury. He has a superb ability to think on his feet. He is clinical in cross-examination. He is fearless in court. Weaknesses: None (in my view).
