His innate ability to guide clients through the most complex legal scenarios and get them quickly to a place of understanding is a real strength, which really engenders trust and confidence. I especially like the way he advises on the strength of a case by using "Most judges would find X" or "Few judges would find Y". It moves it away from percentages and humanizes the risks.
