An ‘excellent, punchy advocate’ Charles Samek KC led prominent junior-junior Bláthnaid Breslin in acting for the defendant in Secretary of State for Health and Social Care v PPE Medpro, a claim by the government to recover the price paid for medical supplies during the Covid pandemic.
