It primarily advises on aircraft financing and acts as a local counsel to lenders, although it also services clients in aircraft leasing, railway services, logistics, automotive distribution, and airport services. Heading the team is Laura Ziferman, an expert in public procurement. Since publication, former practice co-head Gediminas Rečiūnas departed the firm.

Advised Abelo, the dedicated turboprop aircraft lessor and an emerging market leader, on a new warehouse financing facility, providing a substantial platform for the company’s next phase of growth. The facility was underwritten by Deutsche Bank and closed with Deutsche Bank acting as Sole Structuring Agent and both Deutsche Bank and MUFG acting as Joint Lead Arrangers.
Advised Deutsche Bank AG and UMB Bank N.A. as a local counsel in portfolio financing of 17 aircraft to Aviator and creating local security in each jurisdiction where the aircraft is operated and registered.
