WIDEN is home to an active transport practice, specialising in freight logistics and restructuring. The team was boosted in March 2025 by two hires from Cobalt: Vaidas Mackonis, an experienced transport lawyer who joined as practice head, and Nerijus Jurkus, an expert in regulatory compliance within the transport sector. The firm has recently been granted a tender to advise on a range of procurement matters for Rail Baltica, one of the largest infrastructure projects in the region.
