Sorainen‘s real estate and construction practice group provides excellent legal advice in real estate investment, management, development and regulatory matters. At the forefront of the practice is their involvement with large and complex real estate development and investment projects in the region, with activity in property portfolio deals and sale-leaseback transactions, city master plan amendments, or other challenging development projects. The team is led by co-heads Aušra Mudėnaitė and Kęstutis Adamonis, the former with a recent focus on deals related to real estate development, and the latter enjoying work where the architecture of the building is as impactful as the deal.
