Within the energy sector, the team is constantly involved in major energy transactions, be that in renewables, gas, electricity, heating or nuclear power. Furthermore, the practice possesses great experience in navigating the infrastructure market, whether that is in relation to regulatory issues, political challenges or uncertain economic environments. The team is led by co-heads Sergej Butov, who also leads the corporate and M&A team, and Asta Augutytė-Rapkevičienė, who assists clients in major energy and infrastructure development projects.
