The team handles complicated merger control procedures, competition law issues, and state aid matters. The team is led by the experienced Rasa Zaščiurinskaitė, who regularly advises clients on EU law and all aspects of competition law, from abuse of dominance, to state aid and merger control, as well as private enforcement.
