Christian Leathley, who splits his time between London and New York, leads the Latin American practice and represents clients across various industry sectors with a focus on energy, infrastructure and mining. Christian is fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing him to advocate before tribunals in various jurisdictions. Thierry Tomasi leads a prominent Brazil-focused practice from the firm’s Paris office, where he counsels blue-chip clients with a focus on energy, construction and aviation. Tomasi is capable of conducting arbitral proceedings in Portuguese.
