B. Cremades & Asociados is a specialist arbitration practice operating exclusively out of Madrid, with a strong focus on Spanish and Latin American disputes. The team is experienced in handling commercial arbitrations in a wide variety of sectors, such as energy, oil, gas and construction, in addition to acting as lead counsel in investor-state disputes against Latin American sovereigns, including Venezuela and Honduras. Founding partner Bernardo Cremades has vast experience acting as both counsel and arbitrator in various Latin American matters. Bernardo M. Cremades Jr., who co-manages the firm, is a multi-qualified (Madrid, New York and the District of Columbia) partner and focuses his practice on both investment treaty and commercial arbitrations. Ángel Tejada and José López Useros are very experienced members of the team, while Patrick T. Byrne continues to grow his practice.
