Marwan Azzi represents a growing number of private equity houses and infrastructure funds in their investments, acquisitions and disposals in Latin America, while also advising their portfolio companies and numerous strategic corporate clients; he led the team that advised long-term client, infrastructure investment manager I Squared Capital (and its portfolio company Nautilus Energy Partners), on the sale of Guatemalan electricity distributor Energuate to Threelands Energy. Tomer Pinkusiewicz is co-chair of the Latin America group and provides further senior expertise in energy and infrastructure transactions; he worked alongside Azzi to advise Ardian on its acquisition of the Peruvian hydropower business of Latin America Power Holding.
