Managing partner Quinn Smith has extensive experience of arbitrations under ICC, ICDR, ICSID and UNCITRAL rules, notably representing clients in commercial arbitrations involving Brazilian parties; he has also acted for the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in a series of investment arbitrations. Admitted to practice in Argentina, Diego Gosis has a major focus on Latin America-related international arbitration, including cases for Venezuela and arbitrations involving Argentine parties.
