The Vientiane-based Kinglom Co. Ltd practice is a port of call for cross-border mandates, particularly China-Laos related deals and investments. The team works closely with both private and SOE clients in projects and mining sector related matters, along with various regulatory and tax-related issues. Haibin Zeng heads the team, and leverages considerable experience in cross-border financing, logistics, energy, infrastructure and real estate matters. Niphaphone Sengsathit and Chongshan Guo are also key members of the team for transactional issues, both domestic and cross-border, as well as projects and SOE-related mandates.
