Advising Macquarie Air Finance Group on the acquisition of a portfolio of assets, including 23 aircraft from ALAFCO Aviation Lease and Finance Company KSCP.
Advised Engie, a French utility and energy company, on their disposal of certain of its interests in the region in utility entities, which includes its interest in two wholly owned European companies, which are operational and significant shareholders in certain utility projects in Kuwait (including its indirect interest in a listed entity in Kuwait regulated by BOURSA Kuwait), as well as in third entity which is tasked operating and maintain Az Zour North 1 IWPP project.
